We’re looking for an experienced technical leader to take overall responsibility for the technical delivery of our solutions, helping hundreds of thousands of researchers and research managers using our products at universities and research institutes in the UK and abroad.

Supported by our Technical Director, you'll be responsible for ensuring our product technical teams have the right talent and capabilities to build, deliver and maintain our products, a suite of highly regarded research management solutions for universities, built on top of the open source Haplo platform.

You should join us if you want a critical technical leadership role in a small, diverse and talented team which deliberately and methodically removes all barriers to doing our best work.

  • Based in Brockley, London (SE4) UK (a minute’s walk from Brockley station)
  • Salary around £75 to 100k, depending on experience
  • Individual development plan and generous personal allowance for conferences and training
  • 4% pension contribution

  • Full-time position

What's involved IN THIS ROLE...

SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT

A significant but variable proportion of your work is day-to-day software development. We believe that contributing to the code is this only way you can truly understand what you're managing. This will involve implementing the most complex functionality in our products, along with reusable components that accelerate the development of our product suite.
