How we recruit


Our recruitment process is fast and straightforward.

1. Send us an email with your CV.

2. We'll arrange an initial call with one of our technical team to help you better understand the role and the company.

3. Next, we'll ask you to do a short coding challenge, which should only take you a few hours, and can be done in any language and framework.

4. Finally, we'll invite you to an interview at our offices. The majority of the interview will be an in-depth code review of your response to our challenge to see how you approach writing software. You'll meet the rest of the technical team and discuss what it's like to work here in an informal chat with one of the team.
