ABOUT THE ROLE

You'll join our development team for PhD Manager, Ethics Monitor,  Haplo Research Manager or Haplo Repository. You'll work alongside supportive and experienced developers extending our products, and working closely with our university clients to understand their requirements and support their implementation.

You'll work on top of our open source in-house application framework, designed for building applications which manage large amounts of semi-structured data. So you can get started quickly, and get code into production within weeks of starting, we carefully select real projects to introduce you to our products and codebase.

As our new team member, you will:

Our lightweight processes, including design and code review, help you write quality code and learn with your colleagues. Weekly developer meetings help us share knowledge and experiences to improve our craft.

After a few months we'll review your current interests and aspirations. If you're keen to try something new we'll move you to a new team or project. As all of our products are built on top of our platform, and use a common core of building blocks of functionality you can move between teams to broaden your experience whilst still using everything you've learnt at Haplo so far.

You’ll just need:

You’ll be working in a spacious, light-filled office in a new business development in Brockley. We believe in good coffee, sensible working hours, and valuing the contribution of every member of the team.
