As the Product Manager for PhD Manager, you’ll play a key role getting to know and supporting our university clients, and translating their requirements into software.

PhD Manager is used by university graduate schools to manage their postgraduate research programmes.

You’ll be joining our expanding team working alongside the PhD Manager Implentation team and team of developers.

  • Based in Brockley, London (SE4) UK (a minute’s walk from Brockley station)
  • Salary £40k to 55k, depending on experience
  • 4% pension contribution
  • 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays
  • Locally roasted coffee, daily artisan bread, team nights out
  • Full-time position

As the Product Manager for PhD Manager, you’ll play a key role getting to know and supporting our university clients. It’s a varied role including:

You’ll relish this role if you:


Experience of working in higher education would be an advantage but is not essential.


You’ll be working in a spacious, light-filled office in a new business development in Brockley. We believe in good coffee, sensible working hours, and valuing the contribution of every member of the team.
